Horrible service and false advertising

Dream vacations sold us dreams. When it’s time to make the booking, they are not coming to the party. The first instalment hasn’t even come off yet they are not honouring my cancellation request, they are saying that I should make arrangements to pay, yet I never used their pathetic service. Dream vacation as per the email I sent, please cancel my membership.
