********** Dream Vacation Club apartment at La Montagne Ballito

In July we booked for Dec holidays at La Montagne Ballito. The room that my family was offered is leaking, wet floors, ceiling has mould, some taps are not working. When I complained to the DVC, I was informed that my family must sleep over a night and they'll be relocated to St. Michaels Sands which is 170km. The Call centre agent doesn't want to understand that my son will get sick as he has allergies, this is a working holiday for us and we've made other commitments. Cecilia van der Watt doesn't want to comprehend these points and she said we can cancel, what about our commitments. This holiday club only cares about the subscription fees but are unwilling to assist. Why are they offering unmaintained apartments to the subscribers. I've sent an email to Vikki Erasmus who is supposed to be the manager and she hasn't responded in the meantime my family is stranded.
