Holiday blues

I wanted to book for a weekend break over the long weekend . I was informed I can only take a week break as they no longer offer just weekends over this period . My wife works for an Engineering company and only gets leave in December so these long weekends give her an opportunity to unwind . I have written to them numerous times for an answer but they don't even response to them either . I have been a member since early 2000 and this is the way we get treated . I feel that my money paid on subscriptions is no longer worth having after not being able to take my holidays when it suits me !!!!!!!
