False advertising and lack of response

I have previously requested my dream vacation club to be canceled, but was informed by Marilyn Lewis that the club can not be canceled. And so I wish to still cancel both parties will be blacklisted, she told me that the only thing they can do is refinance the amount or they can hold payments for 3 months,I then send her an detailed email explaining that all of this is contradictory of what we have been told when we signed up for the club, she then said they will investigate and email me back within 14days (from 13 November), I rep**** with an email requesting that my payments to be halted till the matter is resolved as I was falsely informed when we signed up for the club but I got no reply from Marilyn Lewis until today and (my previous hello Peter report is still not resolved by dream vacation club)
