dreamvactions won't refund

I would like an written response from dreamvactions stating why they cannot refund me although I have a written condition of sale stating that if I was unhappy they will refund fully. We are misled by consultants that will say anything to get a sale. When I produced a letter I have a written response from Linda stating that I will get my refund because I have it in black and white. She being an honest person could see I was entitled to it but I was later advised that the agency i bought from closed down so dreamvactions cannot be responsible. They have been debiting my account all the time and never advised anything at any time about buying from an agency. Even the condition of sale is from dreamvactions. My husband and I have been misled by this company. Their subscriptions are ridiculously priced. If you saved up just the subscriptions they charge you could go for an holiday with that with the many specials on the internet, Many people are unhappy and something needs to be done to compensate all of us that have been misled. They are most arrogant company when dealing with cancellations or refunds. Eagerly await a response from this company. Another point they tell you you could go overseas with the buy what they told tell you is that you have to be a premium member to do that....... pathetic
