dreamvactions - very disappointing !!

We bought into dreamvactions club with the assurance that if we were unhappy we could return with a full refund. I was unhappy from the start. Whenever I tried to give it back I was given many excuses. I tried again this time producing the black and white letter I was given to say I was entitled to a full refund if unhappy. At first the lady asked for letter. When I produced it she said we will send to the trustees and they will have to refund you as you have it in writing. After many calls I was told the trustees advised that the consultants who handled this have sold and as such there is no refund. They gave me exit options that benefit only themselves and basically gave me an email to take it up further if I wasn't happy. Be careful of what you purchase and from whom ..... I was misled . I thought I was with dreamvactions. Never was I told I was dealing with another company representing them.
