Dreams Vacation Club disgusting manners

I have never dealt with such rude people in my life.

The Accounts department is just disgusting and needs to be taught how to speak to people. Anemarie was so rude, I am actually soooo LIVID. I am angered like this especially because Anemarie was talking to an elderly woman (My mother) and made my mother seem as if she was stupid for not understanding and asking questions so she can try to understand. Dream Vacation should take thier agents to Training on how to speak to people because that attitude that was given to my mom was totally NOT acceptable.

Words cannot even begin to describe how angry I am right now. To hear that lady belittle my mother was frustrating to say the least. The nerve to even hang up the phone on a client's ear is just shocking....

I am extremely disappointed and livid to say the least
