Dream Vacation club RipOff

We were approached by the agents in Richards Bay and we were invited for a draw to win a holiday. The agent by the name Blue pressured us into signing a contract and said the offer was only valid for one day. He did a calculation and told us that we were going to pay R683 over 72 months. he did not explain any details to us , We later went through the contract and found out the agent had left out to explain critical information such as cancellation. We made a request to cancel the membership and was told that we cannot cancel since 5 days had already passed. Now to make matters worse they have started to deduct an additional R343/month. I phoned the head office and was told that it was a subscription fee. I feel so betrayed by the agent and this is a blatant ripoff. I need to understand how any contract cannot be cancelled, and if it can ever be cancelled. This is a very high level of ********* and unfair trade practices. I have never used the it and now I have to pay R1026/month. CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE. I advice everyone not to sign any of these contracts.
