Dream Vacation Club Perspective

I see a lot of negative review about DVC and I would like to give my perspective. We joined in 2004. In the past 16 years I have booked holidays once and sometimes twice a year. We usually take a break just after New Year and I have never had a problem finding accommodation. My husband has special needs and they have always been accommodating. I have also changed my reservations numerous times over the years and never had any problems. Online booking is a breeze and if you have special requests, you can expect a reply within hours or if it is over a weekend, first thing Monday morning. I have never once regretted buying Dream Vacation Club points.
