Dream Vacation Club is a disgrace

My parents joined DVC many years ago. They have only used their points once at a very below average self catering that was available at the time (off peak season).

They mislead them when joining by saying you pay monthly for 6 years and thereafter the membership ends. They have paid now for probably 10 years.

They have tried numerous times to book during off-peak and peak season, and there is always an issue that there is no availablity.

They tried to book with 4000 points for the upcoming holidays and Cecilia was quite arrogant by saying in future if they want to book during peak season, they should upgrade. Really?! Why in the workd would I upgrade and pay more if I can never get a spot in any case. But at least Cecilia rep**** and tried to assist.

My parents have emailed numerous times and I have assisted with social media inbox messages around cancellation of the membership, and DVC just doesn't reply to any mails.

Can someone just help us? Please! I am p*ssed off, frustrated, and I am at a point where I want to start warning people against this company...believe me, word of mouth is an incredible tool!

DVC, contact me or my parents, check your inboxes, you should find all the comms in there to do so. And let's just cancel this thing. It will make our lives and yours much easier - I don't have to deal with you, and you don't have to deal with me.
