did not cancel membership.

So the DVC rep**** and confirmed per email that they will cancel the membership with full-forfeit and without blacklisting. So i thought it was done and cancelled, this was on the 15th of May, and the person who helped me was Mr. Maatjie. Yesterday, the 20/05/2015, a women phoned me, and i told her that they cancelled the membership, so she said they would never cancel the membership and it has not been cancelled, as they had confirmed per email with me. So now they send me other options for a smaller amount to pay. I feel this is not right, since they confirmed that the membership will be cancelled, plus we dont get our deposit of r5700 back even though we did make use of any of their points, so they have our money and their points, and now i must find out that they will not cancel the membership. This is wrong!
