desperately trying to cancel DVC

We have been n club member as from September 2014 till date. All of our membership fees and levies are paid up to date.But unfortunately we are in the position that we can no longer afford the monthly payment of the club and the annual levies due to personal financial difficulties.When we signed the contract we were verbally informed that the company offer a buy back system on the points if you no longer wish to continue with the membership or if you can no longer afford it. Could you please advise us on how it works.We don't wish to make any profit on selling or cancelling the club membership or ownership of club points nor do we wish to receive any refund or reimbur*****t of any kind on payments already paid to DVC. We also don't care on losing or forfeiting our currently accumelated and our annual entitled points. We solely want to terminate our membership and settle so that we do not have any monthly payments, as we can no longer afford it.We also want to request our credit status to be rectified with \TransUnion"and \""Experian\"" for the month of October 2014. As it states on my credit record that we have not paid for two months but this was untrue and was rectified with DVC"
