Can't make payment

Hello i joined dream vacation unaware that it was a contract,I understand it is my mistake by signing without reading,I call them I spoke to the guy by the name of Thabo was so rude to me because I explain to him they need to reduce the money I am paying now,because I can't afford it due to being a single parent &kids are going to teatiary this year,he said unfortunately they cannot reduce the money &failure to make payments they will take me to credit bereau,irrespective of my finances
