Cannot cancel contract even after losing the job.....

<p>My hubby lost the job since January, have provided proof and requested for the points to be cancelled but would not be allowed. Instead we are threatened of being listed to credit beareau. We have never defaulted before, have never used their points. Surely losing a job should be a valid reason. I feel this is heartless...... not to mention the **** they used to get us in saying we have one a holiday as a couple which was a lie. Only little did we know........</p>
