cancellation of contract
We attended a presentation by Dream vacation club. We told the agent we are not interested, but he said we have 5 days to cancel the contract. We paid a R2345-00 fee. We decided to cancel the contract as we can't continue with it for various reasons. I tried to contact the club and I'm told to send a email with all the details which I did. To date no one has come back to me - is this how on is bul**** into a contract?
