Can't cancel
<p>This is just one big ****. When we signed the contract on the 4th of April we were told we could cancel at any time and now we are told we are unable even though I have WhatsApp messages proofing that your sales rep **** to us. We were stupid to sign but your customer service is horrible and will advice anyone Against even talking to a consultant as they can't be trusted and neither can the company. STAY AWAY</p>
I also just want to add we were told NOTHING about levies and yearly fees which we won't be able to afford. It was all lies by Beverly Phillips and Sam (don't know her managers surname). They also never asked my husband his expenses and filled in their own inaccurate amounts of our monthly expenses... How is that legal? You guys are ***** and I don't understand how you guys can operate.
