************** Against Wheelchair Users – No Response from Dream Vacation

I booked a wheelchair accessible unit in March for my son, who is wheelchair bound. A day before arrival, I was told the unit is “accessible” but not wheelchair friendly – the wheelchair can’t even get to the bathroom. This ruined his holiday after we spent money on preparations and my son traveled from Johannesburg to Cape Town to be here.

I sent a complaint three weeks ago, and Dream Vacation has not even acknowledged it. The lack of care, accountability, and respect for people with disabilities is shocking. Families like mine deserve better.
