Terrible Dream Team

<p>In December 2016 Dream Team Installers was appointed by a MultyChoice service provider to install a new Explora decoder at my residence. They did the installation and inform me that everything is working fine. Before they demonstrated to me that the 2nd TV downstairs is working properly, they left. The picture quality on the 2nd TV was very bad and I could also not change the channels. I immediately called them and inform them regarding the problems. They promised to return and fix it.</p> <p>After numerous telephone calls – at least 9 or 10 – they every time promised to return to fix the problem. It is now almost three months later and I am still trying in vain to get any response from them. I am just being ignored.</p>
