Wonderful service from Emihle White

I would like to send a praise report for the team leader if she's not a team leader she should be promoted to one. My review changed after I spoke with Emihle White, what a gem she is to this company!!!!!!! I spoke to her after being super frustrated by DRCC's cancellation process. I spoke with 3 different agents prior Emi who did not seem to want to assist with my query. This review is not about them but about this wonderful lady, Emihle. She took her time to understand my frustration, she went the extra mile to contact my husband 'Mr Mnconywa' and got consent from him allowing her to disclose confidential information about the application She timeously called me back to update me with everything. I am so happy, that our query has been resolved, and she's even sent me an email detailing our interaction. Big up to Emihle for the amazing service rendered to us today, may the good Lord bless you.
