Quick to take money and provide no service
I saw DRRC on social media and started to enquire. After being taken through the process I filled in the application form and almost immediately had to approve the debitorder mandate in my bank account. The service agent assured me that no money will be collected untill the agreed date as per my application form. I asked if there was any other documentation like a contract that I need to sign and was told that the admin department will contact me with a "welcoming call" and they will then send me everything. I decided to cancel the application and since I was speaking to an agent via WhatsApp, I informed her of my decision. She asked me if I received the welcoming call and I told her no. She provided me with an email address to which I sent the cancellation request. I never received any response. A month and a half later, the debitorder was collected and I tried phoning DRRC by telephone number provided on the website, but the number does not work. I requested a call back and the agent then said she will refer the matter to her manager as there is nothing she will be able to help me with. I also contacted the WhatsApp number again and the person in the other end only said "Okay ma'am". Eventually someone contacted me back again via WhatsApp and said that they will investigate the matter and provide feedback when available. Almost two weeks later and no one has even provided feedback even if it was just to say that they are still looking into the matter. You cannot get hold of anyone in the admin department or anyone in management so this company should not provide any type of service to anyone. They are quick to ***** money from people but finde any way possible not to refund it!

Still not cleared after almost 9months
No service..I have waited almost 9months till to date I haven't been cleared. Everyday they are asking me to resend the paid up letters which I sent already in 2025. I have fully paid for their service in 2025. My life is stuck .

Overall very happy! Good service
I saw DRCC on a Facebook ad and I was a bit skeptical at first because I had been ****med before by another company that said they could help with debt review. I spoke to Tammy and she explained the process and what documents I needed to send through. Everything was ssimple enough to understand. The whole process was quicker than I expected. It took about 3 weeks and I received my clearance certificate and after that the debt review flag was removed. I'm happy with the service I got from DRCC. Everything happened more or less when they said it would and I was kept updated along the way. Thanks to Tammy and the team for helping me get it sorted.
