Refund not processed

We signed up with them with them knowing debtbusters was not handing the client documentation over to them which they neglected to tell us until we had made the first payment to them. We have consistently been trying to get updates but it is always the same response "our lawyers are dealing with it and it has to go to the high court".

They promised to refund our 2 payments we have made but until today this has not happened and we cannot stop the debit order that is due to go off this month and they are not getting back to us, they are blatantly ignoring our requests.

Alzan is not being of any assistance to us in this matter which is highly unprofessional on there part.

I am now under the assumption they will not be refunding us at all which in essence is theft as we have paid for a service they have promised to deliver but have not.
