Pathetic service

Funny enough as I write this review I recall the sales manager saying I shouldn't worry about the people who complain on hellopeter about the service they received... so my wife and I done a joint application to have our names cleared from debt review and were told by the sales person and manager that once final payment was made it would take 6-8 weeks for our names to be cleared. Once that happened we were handed over to some lady who said she would deal with our stuff. She said it would take a further 6-8 weeks for our names to be cleared. After several calls and emails all we were told was that we must keep doing credit checks and we will know when our names are cleared. They could not give time or date when this would happen. Nevertheless credit report was done and I had debt review removed off my name but not my wife. I tried opening an acc with truworths as I need to start building a credit record and was told I'm still under debt review as no clearance certificate has been sent.

2 months later we've done another credit chec and same story. Standard bank says I'm still under debt review, no clearance certificate has been sent and my wife is still on debt review according to credit check done.

Drcc is full of lies and deceit. Cannot get a straight answer from them and that's if they answer calls. This has been going on from april 2021. How is it that they do not know wats happening with application with the credit bureau or whoever they deal with to have name cleared. They forget they are providing a service which they gladly took money for. I shouldn't have to run after them to find out what's happening.
