DRCC IS A ****... PERIOD!

i have paid 5500(five thousand five hundred) for them to remove me from debt review state. i was told it will take 6 weeks to complete full process from the time full payment is received. i paid full amount, i gave them all documentation required with paid up letteres. its been now 6 months i still dont know what is happening. every week i get a new portfolio manager who will apparently follow up and give me a call back but it never happens. i have been ****MED
