Complaint

I have paid them R6800 to remove my name under Debt Review, that was last year already, I have made several queries to them regarding this but to date they haven't done anything, instead they are deducting my money on a monthly basis that I don't know what is for, early this year they sent me a message informing me when my name will be removed, the dates etc but in vain,after several queries I made this was their response:

Good day N Nqunqeka kindly be advised your application has been finalized and sent to all credit bureaus your 8th weeks period has been calculated from the 31/01/2022 till 04/04/2022 you can go to shoprite and get a credit report to see if all credit bureaus has uplifted your status , that you can do after the 04/04/2022.Further queries or questions you can contact *** email *** Kind regards Applications department.

But my name is still under debt review, I feel like they are ****** because they are selling the wrong product to the people out there off which removing debt review is one of them and they call them lawyers.
