Bad service _ suspecting the company is *****

This company has deducted money from my account after I have explicitly asked for them to reverse the debit due to the reason that o wanted to do part payment instead of a whole amount and I have told them to reverse it and to-date they have not done it . Since 30 July until today no one called me to inform me when are they reversing it or what is the way forward. Their silence is definitely concerning. All I want is my money back I don't want their services anymore.
