Bad service and empty promises

I have paid R4500 already and I was told the flag for debt review will be cleared within 8 weeks but nothing has been done and firstly I cancelled them within 7 working days but the consultant that I was speaking to he hung up the phone on me and then the reason why I continued they debit on my account and I couldn't reverse it, their service is extremely bad.
