Very Poor Service and Communication

On Tuesday 23 December 2014 Drain Men carried out a repair in my apartment in Blouberg Sands. A whole was chopped in the floor and wall in the bathroom in order to replace corroded pipes. As nobody had been in the apartment for the weekend, and the plumbers who where called on the morning only arrived late on Monday afternoon, the repairs were carried out on the Tuesday and the entire apartment was under water. There was extensive damage.<br> <br> The plumbers promised to return and fill the whole in the bathroom as it needed to dry.<br> <br> I eventually managed to get them out to fill the hole last month (February 2015) but to date have not received the report I need from them, despite several emails to several addresses within the company, begging them to supply me this report. Without it I cannot proceed with repairs to replace the Vinyl and carpet flooring which was damaged in the apartment, and bubbled and is chipping off all over the place. They do not even reply to my emails.
