Invoiced for no service

Drainmen did a underground camera drain inspection at my home while I was not there.<br> When they invoiced me, I asked to see the video.<br> They supp**** me with a cell phone clip that is 14 seconds long.<br> They want me to pay R1,140 for a cell phone (not good quality) clip of 14 seconds.<br> <br> I said I cannot pay for service not rendered.<br> Now they are going to blacklist me.<br> <br>
