Drainmen Bad Service and possible ****

I recieved horrible service from Drainmen and below is an extract from thw emails I sent them.

on the 30th of December 2019 I called as my geyser was not heating water and one of your plumbers attended (INV 9610) he stated to me that there was power going to the geyser and I needed to replace the thermostat as it was faulty. He said he tested the element and there was power going to it I asked him to only replace the thermostat and not the element which he did He said that there was water that was pooling under the geyser and the geyser would need to be replaced sometime he said that if the geyser does not heat up or fails again, I should contact my insurance and tell them that the geyser needs to be replaced due to the pooling water He left and said I should just wait until the geyser heated up. The geyser did not heat up
