DRAINMAN PAARL Worst Service ever

<p>On the 29th of May I called drainmen Paarl to come out and help me on the farm with our drains that is running over. They came .I told him were i think the problem is they did not even check to see if it is at another place in the system. They threw accid down my drain and took a pipe and did what ever they did. Then I got a invoice of R2100.00 they were here about 35 min. He told me that we put forren opjects in our toilet like wet wipes i told him it is not wet wipes it is baby soft bum wipes and it is biodegradable so this cannot be the problem. Somewhere there is a blockage in the system. He told me that they have to put a camera down if they cannot fix it. So i think he new the problem was not sorved. A week later the problem are back. The same thing. I phone Draimen in Paarl and the man on the other side told me they will come out again. It got later in the day I phone again. This time a lady answered and told me she will give a messag. It got about 3:30pm I phone again . She told me that on there report it say that there is forren object in our drain again i said it is baby soft bum wipes that is biodegradable and not the problem. She told me they must put a camera down to check .Funny the save thing the camera . They have been on our premises with a camere of something els en thousands of rands later they could not tell my husband what he wanted to know. So it seems to me they just want to make money. They are ****** and I am sitll sitting with a drain that is blocked. I told her that i am not paying again. And she told me then they will not come out again. And till now the manager on no one else has phone. They are unprofesional and the service are terrible. They are expensive and the the do it half. </p>
