Beware doing bad workmanship jobs.

Good day.<br> I would like to report this incident to you to see if you cannot resolve this matter with Drainmen Tygerberg. The shower Base was replaced by Drainmen last week of November 2014- 1st week December. This is a Duplex and shower is on the 1st floor.<br> On the day of arrival there first visit the tennant mentioned that two months ago a leak detection was done and no problems could be found. They reported back to me that the problem was the base and tiling on the base that was the problem. Drainmen replaced the shower base and reseal the base after which I used there recommended tiler to retile and seal the shower base.<br> They also came the next day to seal the shower base again.<br> The whole December until 12 January 2015 the Premises was standing unoccupied and no one used the shower. On the 27th Jan 2015 the tenant informed me that the shower is leaking (kitchen light fills up with water on ground floor).<br> I phoned Drainmen to inform them that the shower is leaking and seeing that they give a year guarantee. They responded quickly and informed me that the shower is leaking and it may be the water trap or refuse pipes. Because the tennant said there was a leak detection done tw
