Bad Attitude, late/no-show, waste of time.

So our toilets were blocked, we had phoned Drainmen on Monday and booked an appointment for 9am Thursday morning. At 9:30am Thursday morning I hadn't heard from Drainmen, 30 minutes late, i phoned the Cape Town branch and explained the situation, the man on the phone sounded surprised that they were late but said he would track them down and get back to me.. 2 hours later and still nothing, I had to phone and reschedule for Friday morning at 10am because I had already taken off work to be there waiting for the plumbers. Friday same thing happened, 2 hours late and no calls, the guy on the phoned didn't sound like he cared and made me wait another hour until he phoned back, by then they had wasted over 5 hours of my time and *****ed up 2 days of work. Unacceptable, and I highly doubt that I will ever use this brand again. I've splashed it over Social Media so my friends and family know not to use an unreliable company that doesn't put the customer first.
