Wrong disastrous diagnosis
We had a blocked drain. Somebody from drain surgeon came out. Charged us to say that the drain had collapsed. I had to phone the office numerous times in an effort to find out where the sewage pipe had collapsed as it is under the stairs and it would be a major repair. Finally all I got was a quote for R 3.834,39 to put a new pipe... without repairs of the tiles of the steps. Still no indication where the collapse had happened. The nature of the quote made us wonder if they actually had an idea.<br> In a last attempt to safe us all this I got Roto Rooter out. Took them 30 minutes to unblock the drain. Nothing had collapsed. <br> On phoning the Drain Surgeon again they let me wait in the line (again) and then cut the line of. No comments to mails either. <br> Very unprofessional and certainly they seem to have no clue of the very nature of their business.

We would like to propose the following, we will give you a free camera inspection in order to determine whether the drain has collapsed, if not we will with pleasure refund you the respective monies you have paid.
