Worst service provider

It's a ****. After completing the work within 1hour and packing away his equipment without cleaning it, as per their procure according to the booking agent Vusi. This guy sits in the bakkie to write out an invoice and I'm billed an extra hour meaning R1100. Vusi said no it's a national problem and I should just pay for 2 hour "work" even though it took them 8min to do paperwork. Arrived on site @09:48 completed writing out invoice @10:56. 8min. No work done just pay for writing an invoice. Worst sevice ever, I will not recommend anyone to use them
