Whatever you do, do NOT use this company

They are egregiously overpriced and ***********.

On Monday evening we called them for an emergency. They assigned a job for Tuesday morning. Despite having an entire day, did not arrive. Claimed they tried to contact tenant (a lie). They arranged a plumber to come look that evening, he achieved nothing. Wednesday after repeated phoning they eventually arrive. Tried plunging the blocked toilet said they couldn't do it. Said they had to arrange another team to cut the pipes to gain access. They did not think they could gain access through the available (corroded panel). Today they were unaware they had to organise this since there was a "change in team". After repeated phone calls, find out they are trying to find correct equipment. At this point, exasperated with a shocking service, I call my regular plumber. Within half an hour he is there. Gets access to the pipes without needing to cut anywhere. Solved in an hour. Half the cost of Drain Surgeon's initial call out fee

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Companies like this deserve to be put out of business
