think twice - *******!

We were charged R1220 for a call-out, and the plumber was at our place for 5 minutes and told us to contact our insurance as they cannot help us... I had to pay before he left the premises, and have requested a refund. Since then the accounts departments have contacted me three times asking for payment - the payment made on the day of their 5 minute visit is not reflecting on the statement. I have written over 5 emails and received no response.

Stay away!
