THEY QUOTE VAT EXCL PRICES OVER THE PHONE TO PRIVATE RESIDANCE

It's really leaving a bad taste in my mouth when a customer calls and asks you prices, they then bill you a VAT EXCL amount making much more after the work has been done. Why would you do this? You know you are coming to a private house, why are you quoting prices vat excl over the phone, but then i said, seeing that you quoted me vat excl prices I will then pay vat excl prices... NO! then all of a sudden, the full amount is mentioned from the start to finish. I will not be using you again. That is sneaky and misleading business practice.
