The Drain Surgeon fails to deliver

I had a disappointing experience with the Drain Surgeon. I reside in Rustenburg and requested general plumbing assistance. Even though the call centre called me as promised, they informed me that they no longer have a branch in Rustenburg. I expected a reputable company such as the Drain Surgeon to have updated their website when the branch closed. Now I have to continue my search for a trustworthy plumbing service provider. Very disappointed. Will not try to use them again.
