The Drain Surgeon ... Beware

These Guys really like to rip the people off. I called them last year on the 27th of December for a quote on a geyser replacement, they sent guys out. No mention of any Call out Fee was given. The guys came out, did absolutely nothing. They came back with a quote of R8700 to replace a geyser. I declined. They mail me two months later. I need to pay them R980. I asked what this money is for. They tell me, it's because the guys came out to me. I said, they never mentioned anything about me having to pay a call out fee. If they did mention it, I would have declined that they even come out in the first place. That was in February. Now they mail me again, I need to pay R575 for the services rendered. There was no services they rendered to me. I told them, unfortunately. If business is bad for them, this is not the way to ****** money from people. This is ridiculous. How can you be charging me for doing nothing. No wonder no one wants to do business with them, if they don't overcharge, they try and get money from you in this way. Billing you for absolutely nothing. I would not advise anyone to do business with these guys. They are a bunch of ******... Don't do business with them, they will rob you with your eyes open. Be warned...
