Shoddy Repair Work and couldnt detect leak 4 days

I feel the need to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by the Drain Surgeon in dealing with the leak in the bathroom the bath, as well as the repairs thereof. Below please find an outline of the timeline of events.<br> <br> Drain Surgeon was contacted to inspect the bathroom for the leak as well as perform leak detection on Tuesday the 1st of March at the allotted time of 9 AM. However, they only arrived between 10 and 11 AM and spent less than an hour looking for the leak before declaring that they would need to return the following day for leak detection as they were unable to perform the task that day.<br> <br> Now they have left a scrathed toilet seat, tiles that not matching to the agreed upon replacemet tiles, tiles not flash , 3 different colour tiles, tapes not fastened back to the wall. it is just unacceptable workmanship.
