SERVICE SUCKS

<p>Called for plumber to open blocked drain. Plumber arrived to inspect and made appointment to fix next day. Next day different pluber arrived later than the arranged time without any tools or equipment. He arranged to come 7:30 today. We are in shopping centre so work must be don before 9;00. he arrived at 8:10 and complained that he wouldn't be able to finish job before 9:00. I sent him back and phoned Drain Surgeon, respons is will not send me a bill for call out if I don't go to social media. Poor service, bad attitude and unprofessional. </p>
