Service down the toilet

<p>I had a bad experience with the Drain Surgeon. Their plumber broke down a wall at my house to look for a pipe after the people renting told him that the pipe is not there. After breaking the wall they left it like that until I asked them to come back and fix there mistake.</p> <p>After talking to them, they came to fix. Without sending me the cost. I had the understanding that they will fix it free of charge as it was a mistake on their side.</p> <p>If I break people's walls for no reason I do not expect them to pay for it to be fixed. Please assist as I will not pay this bill. I think it is utterly unprofessional to let me phone your accounting department over and over to try and settle this and then they send me a sms saying I can get 5% off the bill... I will not pay.</p>
