Robbing customers

After complaining about drain surgeon coming out November and then again in December 2017 and was told to pay again because they only have a 7 day guarantee how clever of Drain Surgeon CEO Glenn Pratt so I made another payment of R976.00 now I get another SMS I must pay them another R1126.00 I then called the center and spoke to Brett which gave me a long story and tried to blame the system I was then told by Brett that I will receive an email confirming this error but to date no email bad, bad service and bad workmenship stay away
