Promised service not delivered
They promised they would ascertain the cause of my blocked drain, but didn't. I phoned to complain, but was assured their work was guaranteed. Given that their previous telephonic assurances had been wrong, I was suspicious.<br> When I requested written confirmation of their guarantee policy before paying, they didn't respond for days and then tell me I have to pay TODAY or there is no guarantee. No mention of this time limit was made over the phone when I complained initially.<br> <br> General bad attitude and very disappointing service. Not what you expect at twice the price of every other plumber in town!
