Poor workmanship and Service

Very very poor Service They arrived late and did not complete the job. New appointment was made for Saturday 15 May and again they arrived late .Job could not be carried out as they did not have material. Booked for Monday 17 May for 12 and again they did not arrive. Re booked for Tuesday 18 May . Basin connected but started to leak . Called out 2 more times .they now blame the material. Leaks also detected on plumbing done using there own material. Poor workmanship and a very poor time keeping record. I have engaged another plumber to fix up the mess caused by the Drain Surgeon.
