Poor Service

Had called the 3 plumbers in the morning regarding a replacement of a drain pipe. Drain Surgeon was the last to come out and assess. The guys that came would not climb out of their vehicle and expected my wife to come over to them. They did not want to do the work that was asked, but wanted to just unblock the drain. They refused to leave after they were told that they needed to give a quote for the work that was asked to be done initally. They then demanded a call out fee. A couple of days later I got an invoice for the call out fee. This is even after phoning the office and explaining whatthe situation was. After several emails and questioning regarding the call out fee, the emails keep getting passed on, with no response from the responsible person. Other plumbers had come earlier before Drain Surgeon. Had a look, gave recommendations and a price indication, with no call out fee.

Nothing had been said previously that there was a call out fee.
