PATHETIC ! STAY AWAY! EXPENSIVE

Absolutely pathetic ! Logged a call on their website that says (We will contact you in 15 min your business is important to us " what a joke , logged a call online , no response , logged on whatsapp no response , about a day later i ask for feedback , no response, they then just show up at my tenants property when they were not there without calling nothing , CHARGE ME FOR THAT , then come back (AGAIN NO TIME SCHEDULE) and take leaves out of gully and say the main tap is not working ( it was working but he was looking at the wrong one) and that municipality needs to fix it first . R1750 invoice received without completing the job. Municipality said its such a small fix they will fix the pipe as well out of good will. Eventually they dropped the invoice to R850 for removing leaves from a gully. PATHETIC ! hope this review gets 1mil views
