Paid twice for one job that was not done right the first time around

Called Drain Surgeon out on the 16-11-2017 to unblock my drain , technician told me he does not know what blocked the drain on the 28-11-2017 drain blocks again , again they cannot tell me what blocking the drain after 12 days on the 30-12-2017 again the drain blocks the technician cannot tell me what the problem is he tells me I must call in and get a camera to inspect the drain this is after being charged R976.00 and again another R976.00 a total of R1952.00 and know they tell me another R1400.00 to check with a camera why did the technician not do this the first time round after cleaning the drain I stood with the technician when he pulled the cables through the drain there was no ****s or anything coming out with the cable so why did Drain Surgeon then ask to do the camera inspection first time round, this is clearly a company that has no pride in there workmenship they use people that dont know the product and are in the hit and run market not giving a dam about wasting your money flunking out R3352.00 just to get your drain clean is madness, and after being told by Tiaan from Drain Surgeon a soppy story like (Just as anything on this earth, so does a drain line get older and older) yes i know that but do the job right the first time and clean the drain thats what i paid for NO WONDER THEY ONLY GIVE 7 DAYS WARRANTY , never will i use this nock off company again for all the customers out there stay away from this company .
