OVERPRICED!!!!
Completely OVERPRICED!!! Response time was quick, and the staff very helpful booking however people shoudl be told the basic call out fee - Our 1st hour call out is R1695,00 which includes the labour, services rendered and the VAT on this invoice is R254,25 – Total R1949,25 The team was here for no longer than 20 minutes!!! and at no time when booking are you told that you in for just under R2000!!!! It is daylight ******* in my opinion. When querying the invoice, you are informed it is a one hour call out no matter the time etc. There are other companies that charge MUCH LESS and deliver as good a service.

On logging your job you would have received the following information in an email from us:
Please note that due to the nature of our business we have to charge a minimum of 1 hour labour, if your reported job takes less than 1 hour we urge you to please request the plumber/electrician to assist with any other plumbing related services.
For example:
*Check water meter for possible underground leaks
*Check that all cleaning eyes are visible
*Check all exterior waste pipes are flowing well
*Check that cleaning eyes have a sealed drain cap (health hazard)
*Clean gutters (single story homes)
*Check that all internal waste pipes are draining well
*Check outside gullies
*Set temperature of geyser to 60 degrees
*Geyser inspection ensure that is complies with SANS 10254 (hazard/warranty issues)
*Inspect toilet pan connectors for any leaks
*Check for any leaking toilets or dripping taps
