Overcharging
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!! The Drain Surgeon was tasked with unblocking my kitchen sink drain pipe, it took them less than 15 minutes and no additional products or fittings needed to be installed or repaired. The total fee charged was R1700. When I contacted them, they said their minimum charge is for an hour, even if the job does not take an hour. Please note, if you call out the Drain Surgeon for any job, their minimum fee is R1700, compared to other plumbers that would have done the same job for less than R500. Good luck to anyone using The Drain Surgeon.
